This hits the Sweet spot for me, not too large a file size, and Full HD audio. :)

Of what Gacy8Gein is telling is why I started doing uploads in the first place and tried having the very good quality approach in mind vs too big a file size balancing.
14000 kbps is, imho, the sweet spot for me without loosing any quality whatsoever compared to original movie file and therefore has a lot smaller file size (40-50% smaller. Depends on bitrate, runtime length and size of original transfer, of course) compared to for example a remux.
So this is why my uploads have the file sizes they do and remember I include extras in 80-90% of my uploads too and that's 1-4gb bigger file size on top.

Quality is in the eye of the beholder so, again, this is just my humble subjective opinion on what's very good quality contra file size etc. You, out there, may have a different opinion on the matter and that's cool, but this is just a choice of download for people like minded to me.
