I recall that the "stable" means only that there is rubbed out the bulk of bugs on the results of a relatively long test. A "full graphics" just what the graphics more about the light version.
The game still made less than half. The economy is not set, do not put lots of features, no quests, no plot, no character development, no content for high levels. Many options are in the form of crutches. Some of the choices that are in the game but there are gray are not available no matter what you do (it's just placeholders). As a result, even though you can play, but are unlikely to get full enjoyment from it. This release is made only for those who absolutely can not wait to try it and see.

In patch just a few bug fixes:

+ The "active sex 'is turned off, so as not to embarrass the immature minds
+ Fixed description when pierced ear and clitoris
+ U slave number 214 fixed displaying avatars
+ When sparring in the arena coliseum can back out of the fight
