Poor compression, video isn't totally smooth on scenes with camera movement. Luckily I had it on DVR so I was able to watch it in a proper quality and someone has released an uncompressed version of this episode now I am downloading for my archives as this copy sucks.

Nitrousbird - Get a newer pc that isn't 20 years old and you might be able to view this better. This video is NOT bad.
