I had inspected this OS and it found not complete.
Windows 7 64bit that is complete must be measuring over 3.70GB.

you inspected this iso? so you are a complete idiot! iso is compressed disk image file! you cannot inspect this by just measuring the the file size you have to burn this on a DVD using any burning software and booting it up to have a clean install if you are just using your imagination and did not tested it of what is the proper way to burn and install then you must be newbie with a brain on your butt!
