In order to keep the load time/size at a minimal, i've removed everything 
non-essential... without losing the essence of Photoshop.

[Removed]: Switchboard, Service Manager, etc.
[Working]: File Info (Adobe's Metadata), Image Processor, Contact Sheet II, etc.

Note: Because 64-bit requires more files than 32-bit, your initial launch
will take a few seconds longer. But after that.. it becomes faster. This
is due to files being populated during your first launch.
