True Blue's team had some releases, but have yet to release a patch for this specific game. It got looked over. Let's hope their next batch of patches includes this.

eur and usa fix came out now, u can find them on ps3scenefiles.com , haven't tested yet but psx-scene usually doesnt link nodrm fixes that dont work :D

****INSTRUCTIONS***
-Download the patch.
-Copy and replace the files in their rightful directory.
-Copy to External HDD or PS3 internal HDD.
-Confirmed working under True Blue 3.55 firmware.

Yes, this will work with True Blue and without True Blue.

No, you cannot burn this to a DVD. You need Custom Firmware and a hard disk to play PS3 backups.

Keep in mind this is the European version of the game, not US. The patch is linked above.

I'd also like to mention that the patch files need to be placed in your "game" folder, NOT the backup of your game.
