1. Install Portal 2
2. Run Portal.2.Update.1.to.15.incl.DLC.exe                  
3. Install to the main install folder
4. Copy the cracked content from the Crack folder to the main install folder and overwrite    
5. Play   

read changelog.txt for information about updated content

Has anybody had trouble with .net framwork when trying to install this? win7 has version 3.5 by default, but it's saying I don't have it. Uninstalling it and installing a new copy doesn't work either. Suggestions?

@lukegoodman2001 What mods? Give a link and i'll tell you. If you mean custom maps you just need to put then into Portal2\portal2\maps and load them trough console.

Works just fine you just have backup the SAVES folder which is in Portal 2Portal2 folder
and replace it after you run the updates installer
