These are material hacks, they change your original materials into see through walls and the player skins to red and blue, and weapons to yellow. 

For use in counter-strike source 
install like any other skin 
if you don't know go to :\Steam\steamapps\(username)\counter-strike source\cstrike and drag and drop click replace all.
