1. Make an empty folder and extract the files to it
2. Place number4-defaced.avi in the same folder
3. Run syncfix.bat
4. ????
5. Profit

Ran this in XP. Gave error of not being able to find xvid then everything, including avi file disappeared! Does the avi file need to be called 'number4-defaced.avi' for it to work? Thanks.

No the file has to be called "def-number4.avi"
