Using the lastest version of Nero to play this file. It plays a blank screen. Once I grabbed the progress marker and dragged it to the middle of the film. A frozen image appeared of Sam playing the piano, but that's all. Second time I've downloaded it. Any suggestions? Thanks you very much by the way.
