The out of sync sounds is only affecting the first chapter. The first 9 minutes as munbo correctly points out :)

Audio out of sync in the first Chapter

Video NOT playable on DVD players, from about chapter 8.

Tested on: Pioneer DVD-646A and XBOX-360

I am trying to extract the files, but ends up with an image-file, not a video-ts folder. Tries to add an archive and then extracy again, but it doesn`t work.
What am I doing wrong?
