Killa, you can use a proxy like Anonymizer and then download with Opera. I got letters a while back for some games and thats what I ended up doing. Sometimes the speeds are not great, but if you restart the dl a few times it usually picks up over 100kBs avg. Remember tho, proxies only cover browser traffic, not p2p clients. Opera is the only browser I know that has a torrent client built in. Other than that you can wait for FXG or other well known dvd rippers. Most companies don't search for dl'ing once they release the dvd. Why the US has to wait months behind the world to get dvd's, I don't know.

Killhha, good news! BitComet has a browser extension for IE and Firefox. In theory you can use this to integrate BC to your browser, then use a proxy to hide your IP. I've tried several and the one I mentioned before (I don't want to come off like a salesman) doesn't interfere with dl speeds. I got >700kBs w/out ports forwarded on this one, but thats unusual. Normally 100-300 can be expected if you are a good seeder.
