The simplest of hacking tools, like a cheat engine only much much simpler... 

Basically, all you have to do is run the program, open any file, and if you know what your doing, change values according to what you want. Otherwise, I'd just screw around with files you don't care about and see what happens, I changed half the values to 0's on a picture file and half my file disappeared, so be careful...
