There was an long time since I made an offline account but it is something like this....

Accept to log-in/create profile in Windows Live tab (WHITHIN THE GAME) and click on "Create OFFLINE account"

I cant run the game b/c it says it's missing the xlive.dll & wants me to reinstall. I've done this like 3x already and it doesn't work on 2 different ISO's for this game plus assorted patches/cracks....

I even downloaded a generic xlive.dll and placed it the FUEL folder but I'm told it's damaged or needs to be reinstalled from the original media...

Any ideas?

Fixed my issue... I had to install the Microsoft Games for Windows crap then I was able to play the game after applying the NODVD Crack found elsewhere.....

Game mouse control is twitchy at best but an alright game for what it is....

Hmm, I don't think the fix worked for me, as I still get an error when running gamesetup. All I had to do was copy the file to the game folder and run it, right?

I've downloaded the game and installed etc. The game starts without trouble and it loads the shaders. Then after the intro with the chopper. The game freezes almost completely in the starting menu. I can't change anything. Not even press enter and everything looks real messed up kind of like you've hade artefacts from your gfx card but I don't. Anybody else experienced the same problem?

VIRUS. I've downloaded TPTB for 3 years because of the awesome compression work. First time i've run across a virus that caused a problem.

Mcafee restarted my comp and had to remove FUEL1911.dll from ms-dos mode. Never had that before. Never with a .DLL either. Game works however (Run in compatibility VISTA Service pack 3 on Windows 7) I dont trust it. So deleted it.

What tef EF TPTB? Wat teh EF?! :[
