mikexryan: I merely pass along existing tv show torrents I acquire and watch. Regarding .rars, my attitude about them is quite the opposite of yours, in that a a set of rars provides a second level of integrity verification of the underlying file. In any event it only takes a moment to unpack the .rar set with the 7zip utility. If I were to upack and start entirely new torrents from the tv shows I receive, all the upstream seeders would be lost and the file would take longer to spread, since I am not using a seedbox. The CTU and DIMENSION capture crews .rar all their creations.
I am only sharing generously the tv shows I acquire from CTU and DIMENSION, in the form I receive them.

if you think rar is a good idea then just compare the number of s/l with unrar'd torrents.
Stop whining about the format these torrents are in. If you don't like it, fuck off and find another!
