Yeah! this is the episode "The speech" but as you can see in the official web http://www.channel4.com/entertainment/tv/microsites/I/itcrowd/episodes/index.html are two "Episode three" so that means that the second "Episode three" is the "Episode four", so it's ok, download and share.
