JFK Director's Cut 1991 is one of the most provocative movies of our time, Oliver Stone's powerful film about the assassination shots heard round the world and the mystery that enshrouds those shots. Beside its box-office success, critical acclaim and awards, the movie played a major role in the national debate leading to the passing of the 1992 Assassination Materials Disclosure Act. This remastered DVD director's cut edition, features the academy award winning film with 17 extra minutes that enriches the mosaic of the turbulent investigation by Jim Garrison (Kevin Costner) of President John F. Kennedy's 1963 assassination. Part fact and part opinion, mainly of Jim Garrison and director Oliver Stone, as to the events surrounding the proposed conspiracy of the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy on November 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas. New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison began a probe into the actions of the F.B.I. and other officials of whom he suspected were covering up information that could lead to evidence of multiple shooters. The motive is believed to be the escalation of the United States involvement in the Vietnam War. President Kennedy was attempting to prevent any further involvement in this situation, but which Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson supposedly promised the United States government that he would "give them the war" - thus, the motive for eliminating President Kennedy. The movie also details the events of many people involved in the assassination, from Lee Harvey Oswald to Clay Shaw (a prominent figure in New Orleans). ------------------------------------------------- [Video] Duration: 3:13:48 Size: 981MB (1,028,937,437 bytes) Resolution: Width: 480 pixels, Height: 288 pixels Aspect ratio: 2.43:1 Encoding method: 2-pass Frame rate: 25 fps Bitrate: 615kbps Video sample size: 24 bit Video codec: DirectVobSub Video compression: MPEG-4 (.MP4) Nero Standard Profile [Audio] Bitrate: 192kbps Stereo: 2 channels Audio codec: ffdshow Audio Decoder Audio format: mp4a: MPEG-4 AAC LC [Release] Quote: "The Warren Commission thought they had an open-and-shut case. This movie is a work of a fiction. Stone took enormous liberties with the material obtained mostly from Garrison - who, in turn, has long been known to have invented most of his evidence on the case. An enjoyable movie, but not a source of historical data.
i've uploaded 1.5GB so far. peers at present are around 50% complete. This is because there are so many peers its hard to feed them all, but bear with me as i'll make more bandwidth available soon. i have to complete my other upload as well.
i've now uploaded 3.0GB. 20 to 30 peers at present are around 75% complete.
Ahhh Man, I'm at 80 %. any chance of finishing me offfff. Please??
sure, working hard on it. my pc is on 24/7. i'm feeding an average of 30 peers at once. i have now uploaded 3.5GB and peers are currently at 92%
utorrent have option - initial seeding
[quote]Initial Seeding enables a more bandwidth efficient method of seeding the torrent job(s). This should be used only if you are the sole seeder in the swarm, and if there are at least 2 peers connected. Generally, this option should not be used by people with high upload speeds.

Thanks for the upload. I have a problem I hope someone can help me with. Everything works fine when I open the file on my computer (video 10; audio 10). However, when I convert the file into DVD format with WINAVI, I no longer have any sound. Does anyone have some suggestions? (I am new to this so I appreciate any insightful comments). Much thanks.
I think the particular audio codec incoded into the movie file is missing on your pc. Download the latest mega codec pack from www.codecguide.com/download_mega.htm should fix your problem.
