AFTER YOU INSTALL THE GAME,RUN ultimatevicecity2.exe ANDINSTALL IT IN THE GAME'S FOLDER.THIS WILL ADD NEW CARS,BUILDINGS AND A NEW BRIDGE AT THE GAME.THE CRACK IS IN THE SECOND CD.JUST MOUNT WITH DEAMON TOOLS AND START INSTALLING THE GAME.

It's on PS2 as well, and it runs 100% without issues on the PS2 emulator on the PC.
