Hey folks ,I have been trying this torrent for months and don,t think it is going to work at all,no sense in them uploading only 99.9 % To bad is good movie

Sorry to hear about the problem. At 99.9 percent completed you should still be able to view the movie. You can also use a program like Videofixer to repair it.
