I downloaded it and extracted it from .rar file. When I try to start the game it says: Steam is not running.
Anyone else having this problem?

This game appears in steam as space wars. Can I be banned?

I figured it out. Open Steam and put it on Offline Mode. After that open Raft.exe and enjoy. And for Multiplayer I am afraid you'll have to play over Hamachi, Gameranger or Tunngle. Have fun!
