Great British Menu - Season 11, Episodes 16 to 20

This week, three of the finest chefs from Wales are competing to be crowned champion. Two chefs are back for a second time - Phil Carmichael, from Cowbridge, south Wales, is executive chef at Berners Tavern in London, and Adam Bannister is chef and co-owner of Slice in his home city of Swansea. Adam was crowed Welsh champion last year so this year Phil is back with something to prove. He plans to go home raising the flag for Wales. The third chef is newcomer Andrew Birch, also from Swansea, and currently head chef at Fishmore Hall in Ludlow, Shropshire.
