With the rains will come lack of shelter and increased risk of disease outbreaks.Rebuilding basic infrastructure will be difficult for Nepal, one of the poorest countries in Asia."Should the humanitarian response falter for lack of funds or any other reason, it threatens to reverse decades of progress improving the lives of Nepalese families and communities, and especially for mothers and children."
