"Slowloris allows a single machine to take down another machine's web server with minimal bandwidth and side effects on unrelated services and ports. "slowloris, is able to take down an average website using only one computer. Once the attack stops, the website will come back online immediately."

Open CMD and go to folder with slowloris.exe;
Then run in cmd windows:
slowloris.exe [url(without "http://")] [port] [timeout (in milliseconds)] [number of sockets]

Example with slowloris.exe in root directory c:
type in cmd prompt,always without ">"
>cd C:
>slowloris.exe 
>slowloris.exe website.com 80 1000 500

A way of checking if you actually DoSed it is

or   
https://www.proxysite.com/
If the website doesn't work ("it's not just you: http://[website].com is down." or "connection time out","could not connect to host"...), then congratulations you just DoSed a website!
It only go down for you when your own internet is bad. Else it will be down for everyone, 
it uses your internet connection.
