Diablo (from the Spanish. Diablo - devil; Diablo [2]) - a computer game genre Action / RPG, developed by Condor (later renamed Blizzard North), which was acquired by Blizzard Entertainment, along with the game prior to the publication, and published December 31, 1996 year.

The game is made in the style of dark fantasy. The player is invited to go it alone in the dungeon town of Tristram, flooded with a variety of demons, undead and other evil creatures. Going deeper and deeper in the dungeon levels (16 in total), the player finally gets to Hell, where he must find and kill Diablo, the main boss of the game.

Also, by Sierra Entertainment has released the game-supplement called Diablo: Hellfire.
